The product
Who is Creative CRM for?
Real estate professionals: solo agents, teams, brokerages, and investors doing seller outreach. See who it's for.
Where is it available?
Creative CRM is offered only in the United States, and you must be at least 18 to use it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in your phone's browser, with a layout made for small screens. There's nothing to install.
Is there an autodialer?
No. Every call is placed by a person clicking, one at a time. Calls aren't recorded. See how calling works.
Moving to Creative CRM
Can I bring my existing lists?
Yes. Import a CSV, an Excel file or a Google Sheets link. PDF and Word files work on a best-effort basis. You review how the columns match before anything saves.
What happens to duplicates?
A row that matches someone you already have merges into their record. Blanks get filled, and existing emails, phones and details aren't overwritten. The one exception is custom fields, where the file's value wins.
Your data
Who owns my data?
You do. Our Terms say you retain ownership of what you store in Creative CRM.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can export your lists to CSV at any time.
Do you sell my information?
No. We don't sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy.
What if I delete someone by mistake?
Deleted people can be restored for 45 days.
Does using Creative CRM make me compliant?
Not by itself. It helps you keep records and follow your own rules, but it isn't legal advice, and you remain responsible for how you contact people.
